# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • One-Pot Meal: Everything cooks together in one vessel, making the process simple and the cleanup even easier.
  • Healthy and Balanced: Naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, this recipe is packed with lean protein and nutrient-dense vegetables.
  • Deep Flavor: The combination of smoked paprika, cumin, and coriander creates a complex, comforting sauce that perfectly complements the fish.
02 -
  • Poach Gently: Ensure the sauce is at a steady simmer, not a rolling boil, before adding the fish to keep it tender.
  • Fresh Herbs: Don't skip the fresh cilantro or parsley at the end; the fresh herbs provide a necessary brightness to the warm spices.
  • Vegetable Texture: Ensure the bell peppers are soft before adding the cod, as the fish cooks very quickly.
